ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Dr. F. L. Sharma is presently working as Professor in the Department of Extension Education, MPUAT, Udaipur (Rajasthan). Dr. Sharma has 25 years of experience in teaching, research and extension. Dr. Sharma was bestowed with Gold Medal and University Best Teacher Award. Dr. Sharma authored six books, four practical manuals and published more than 150 research papers besides number of farm publications in the journals and magazines of repute.

Dr. S.S. Sisodia is presently working as professor & Head, Department of Extension Education, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Dr. Sisodia has 25 Years experience in teaching, research and extension activities. Dr. Sisodia has authored 5 books and published more than 50 research papers in International and National journals of repute besides a  number of farm publications.

Dr. S.D. Dhakar is presently working as Dean, College of Agriculture, Bhilwara (MPUAT, Udaipur). He is paying his services in this University since 1989 as Assistant Professor, Senior Scientist & Head KVK Jhalawar, Chittorgarh & Bhilwara. To his credit he has published one book besides over 20 research papers in journals of repute. During his tenure he has organized many state level farmer fairs & training to provide latest technology to farming community.

Dr. Narpat Singh obtained Ph.D. in extension education from MPUAT, Udaipur for which he was awarded UGC’s prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship. At present Dr. Singh is serving as Assistant Professor at CNM Agriculture College, Gogameri (Rajasthan). He has published five scholarly books in addition to 20 research papers in journals of national and international repute.

L.L. Somani is Retired Director Resident instructions, MPUAT, Udaipur. He went To Waite Agricultural Research Institute, Adelaide, Australia for undertakinf post-doctoral work (1975-77). He has over 400 research and technical articles to his credit. He has authored/edited over a dozen of books in horticulture and forestry.
