ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Mr. Santosh Korav is a Ph.D Scholar in Agronomy at college of Agriculture CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar and working on weed s cience, conservation agriculture in his doctoral research, got his M.Sc. (Agronomy) from college of PG studies (CAU-Imphal) Umiam, Meghalaya and B.Sc. (Agri.) from UAS Dharwad. He has published research papers, Review papers, popular articles and book chapters during his PG and Ph.D. He also participated and presented papers in various national seminars and conferences held in India.

Dr. Dharam Bir Yadav, Regional Director, CCS HAU Hisar, RRS Karnal got his Ph.D. in Agronomy from CCS HAU Hisar. He has >25 years of experience as Extension Agronomist, Research and Administration. His scientific career has been devoted to research programs on weed management and conservation agriculture. He has visited Australia, Canada, Czech republic, Japan and USA for scientific assignments. He has published more than 250 publications at national and international level and also been editor/reviewer for many national and international journals. He has received Best Teacher Award, Best Researcher Award, Editorial Excellence Award, Best Paper Award, and Best KVK Award from various institutions. He has guided 4 MSc and 4 Ph.D. students on weed science and conservation agriculture.

Mr. N. Premaradhya, is a Ph.D Scholar in Agronomy at college of PG studies in Agriculural Sciences, (CAU-Imphal), Umiam, Meghalaya, and working on weed science, conservation agriculture and Remote sensing and GIS aspects in his doctoral research. He obtained his B.Sc. (A). degree from UAS, GKVK, Bengaluru and M.Sc. ( Ag.) from CoA, CAU, Imphal. He has been awarded Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial scholarship and Best Research Scholar award for his doctoral studies. He has published many research papers, popular articles, book chapters and laboratory manuals during his PG and Ph.D. He also participated and presented papers in various national seminars and conferences held in India and been awarded with best poster award.
