ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Prof. O.S. Rathore obtained his M. Sc. And Ph.D. degree from Ohio State Agricultural University, Columbus, Ohio (USA). He retired from the post of Professor & Head, Department of Extension Education, RCA, Udaipur. He has also rendered his valuable services as director of Extension Education, RAU, Campus- Udaipur. He has been honoured as National Fellow by Indian Society of Extension Education for rendering his outstanding services as Director of Extension Education. Prof. Rathore has published several research papers in national and international journals of repute.

Prof. (Dr.) L.L. Somani (b.1945) Retired Director (Rl) & Dean PG Studies, MPUAT Udaipur has over 400 papers published in National and International Journals/ Symposia, etc. and 15 dozen of books to his credit in different disciplines of Agriculture and allied field. He held different positions in MPUAT, has Spreaded highly innovative ideas, and programmes for development of Agriculture. Prof. Somani has been honoured with several awards.

Prof. S.D. Dhakar obtained his B.Sc. (Ag.) and M.Sc. (Ag) from MLSU, Udaipur and Ph.D. from RAU, Bikaner. He joined RAU as Assistant Professor in the Directorate of Extension Education and rose to the position of Professor. At present he is serving as Programme Coordinator, in Krishi Vigyan Kendra under the jurisdiction of MPUAT.

Dr. M.S. Chauhan did his post-doctoral study in Communication Technology at the University of Missouri (USA). He has authored five books in the field of Extension Education. He has guided several master’s and Ph.D. students for their dissertation. He retired from the post of Associate Professor, MPUAT, Udaipur.

Dr. S.N. Ojha Obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. Degree from MLSU, Udaipur and RAU, Bikaner, respectively. He has vast experience of conducting farmers training and field demonstrations on agricultural and allied subjects.
