ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Dr. S. D. Jarande has completed his Ph.D (Horticulture in 2015) and M. Sc (Horticulture in 2011) in Fruit Science and B.Sc (Horticulture in 2008)). He qualified ICAR, NET/ASRB during 2015. He has experience of 3.8 years as a Research and Development and extension work. He joined as Assistant Professor at College of Horticulture, Malegaon, Dist-Nashik. He has published more than 11 research paper, more than 5 articles on reputed national agricultural journals also. He has published one book, as a co-author “Good Agricultural Practices in Mango.”
Dr. N. J. Ghadage has completed his B. Sc. (Horticulture) from Dr. BSKKV, Dapoli, Maharashtra in 2011, While, M. Sc (Horticulture) in Fruit Science (2013) from JAU, Junagadh and Ph. D (Horticulture) in Fruit Science (2016) from ACHF, NAU, Navsari, Gujarat. He has published more than 10 research article in National and International journals, more than 5 popular articles in reputed journal. He has qualified ICAR, NET/ASRB during 2014. Presently he is working as a Assistant Professor at College of Horticulture, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik, Maharashtra.
Dr. G. S. Tekale from Pune, is serving as Senior Research Fellow in the NRC of Onion and Garlic, Pune. He has published more than 11 research paper, 05 popular articles and participated number of National and International seminars.
Dr. S. J. Patil had his early educations, B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph. D (Horticulture) from ACHF, NAU, Navsari. He has more than 11 year experience related to R&D as well as teaching experience at Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. He has published more than 50 research papers, 51 popular articles, 32 book chapters, 08 books, 05 Teaching manuals and more than 20 Booklets. He has guided 12 M.Sc students and 01 Ph.D students . He started his career as Research Associate and at present working as Associate Professor at ACHF, NAU, Navsari. He has qualified ICAR, NET/ASRB.
Mr. P. A. Patil has completed his Bsc (Ag.) and M. Sc. (Ag.) from Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari. He is working as Agriculture Officer at NAU, Bharuch campus, Navsari from 2014. He has also worked as “Surveillance Inspector” under the ‘project of National Innovative Weed Surveillance Programme’ in the Department of Agronomy, NAU campus. He has published number of research paper, popular articles and book chapters .
